I loved going to Pucón (Araucanía) when I was 14 to stay
with my family for a few weeks.... is the most amazing place, so clean and
fresh and the people are lovey! I really really enjoyed that.
That summer I also went to Temuco, especially Chol-Chol,
another amazing place. Massive culture shock, such a poor place but the people
are very friendly and always smiling and happy! ! It made me feel very
welcome.... even though one very old lady at a market was laughing at me
because I was so white haha.
Here I collected very good experiences, for example made
friends with a local who took us to his home to meet his parents and family...
wonderful experience, they even shared a cup of tea with us!. Some locals let
us borrow their lake casting gear and when we caught a fish they skinned and
cooked it for us there and then on the lake, delicious!.
I really loved it there, it was so peaceful and had a relaxing
atmosphere I wouldn't hesitate to go again, I totally loved it.
that's sound amazing, I wish I could go there sometime :)
